Bert, owner of Johndrow Construction has worked with me on many remodeling projects over the past 20 years, all to my complete satisfaction. A recent project was a new bathroom and pantry. His responsibilities included leveling the badly sloping floor in the new rooms, rough-in of the wall between the rooms, rough-in of the bathroom fan, drywall of the interior of both rooms, and diagnosis and repair of a leak into the area after severe rain storms. Numerous people had tried to find the source of this leak over the years. Identifying the source and stopping the leak were critical to completing this multi-year project. Bert has the skills and knowledge to complete a wide variety of remodeling projects.
