Bert did two projects for us over the past two decades. The kitchen remodel in Tacoma turned out beautiful and on budget/time. I was pregnant and we had a toddler at the time yet the remodel was less stressful than any other remodel experienced by family/friends. More recently Bert fixed up our front porch in Olympia. Again on budget, on time and exactly how we wanted it to look. If you want it done right the first time, use Johndrow Construction. If you like stress and miscommunication then hire someone else.

June 4, 2023Bert, owner of Johndrow Construction has worked with me on many remodeling projects over the past 20 years, all to my complete satisfaction. A recent project was a new bathroom and pantry. His responsibilities included leveling the badly sloping floor in the new rooms, rough-in of the wall between the rooms, rough-in of the bathroom fan, drywall of the interior of both rooms, and diagnosis and repair of a leak into the area after severe rain storms. Numerous people had tried to find the source of this leak over the years. Identifying the source and stopping the leak were critical to completing this multi-year project. Bert has the skills and knowledge to complete a wide variety of remodeling projects.
